Review
TotalDocConverter is a small program that acts as a companion for every user that often work with documents from several formats. It's intended to be helpful to convert most formats to a standard one in order to distribute it across the organization or whatever, no matter the source nor the program used to compose it.
However, it lacks of some well-known standard formats as well as OpenDocument (those from OpenOffice: .ODS and .ODT), so all native linux users are excluded from the previous statement.
On the other side, the program offers a very accurate conversion for the supported formats. Moreover, It features some interesting options like "check by mask" so you can check a group of files depending on its file type (extension).
If you like to use it without nag screens/reminders, you have to pay a small fee. Otherwise you can use it without restrictions of any kind.
In sum, the program could be a very good alternative to quickly convert one document or a group of them, but IMHO lacks for some key input formats to be more wide-accepted. |

- Lacks some standard formats like OpenDocument. Nag windows appear sometimes.
